Welcome to our support ticket center. Here you will be able to keep track of all issues that have been submitted to us by either email, phone, chat or online using the form to the right. If you don’t have an account with us please create one here to get started. If you are having an issue with your account, a particular service of ours or needing a hardware replacement, please submit a ticket with us and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Where Are My Support Tickets?

If you have already emailed, called or even messaged us through our online chat system, all the tickets that were created for you will be in your “My Account” area of our site. Please remember that you must have an account with us in order to see your ticket history.

What sets you apart from other agencies?

Besides our low cost approach, we want people to do a “double take” when they look at your venue. Any deals if I want all the services at once?

You bet! We are not here to charge you an arm and a leg. In fact, we will even set up a payment plan with you so that you don’t have to fork out all of your funds at once! What about discounts if I want more?

Certainly! We are not greedy. Depending on the services that you have purchased or subscribed to so far, you will be able to receive great discounts on everything that we offer. What are my refund options?

Partial refunds of 60% will be given back to the venue after the first 14 days of service if not satisfied. If the venue is attached to a service where hardware was purchased from us and are experiencing technical problems within the first 2 years, you can simply exchange any of them for free. Please review our warranty agreement page for more information.

Do I need to sign a long term contract?

This is something that we don’t believe in. We know that a long term contract sucks, because regardless of the quality of work you are getting, you have to keep paying that business every month or at last resort, pay a ridiculous buy out price. Whether your looking for short term or long term projects, we work with your budget and not leave you hanging.

Are there any costs for minor edits or redesigns?

As long as you are signed up with us, we will try to make as many edits, redesigns or redo’s until it’s exactly what you are looking for. We are here simply to make sure that everything looks perfect, even at those last minute correction times. Think of us as an extension of your team both physically and digitally.

What is the turnaround time?

Depending on the service or type of interactive content you are trying to create, we average around 7-14 days for Websites and Point of Sale systems and 3-5 days for digital signage menus, videos and photos edits and social media strategies. Any additional edits afterwards will be completed in a timely manner.

Are you guys really available 24/7?

This is something that some people find hard to believe. We have created both day time and night time shifts here so someone will always be working. We like it this way. Reason is because we can provide services to business that run late night operations like night clubs, casinos or even venues that are managed out of the country.
